Ordering & delivery
Your order is prepared and then shipped within mainland France. Delivery times and the carrier are displayed at checkout, and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Shipping costs are indicated at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Yes. Payment is processed through the secure Shopify platform; we never have access to your bank details.
Application & wear
No. Our press-ons are applied only with adhesive tabs: no glue, no UV lamp. This is what protects your natural nail and allows you to reuse them.

Wear time depends mainly on nail preparation (clean, dry, degreased) and your activities. The adhesive tabs are ideal for changing your look to match your outfits.
Yes, once the application is fully set. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water during the first few hours and wear gloves for dishwashing: it will extend the wear time.
Most often: a greasy or damp nail during application, a poorly fitted size, or pressing for too short a time. Remove it, clean the area, use a new tab, and press firmly.
Removal & reuse
Soak your fingers in warm soapy water, then gently lift from the side. Never pull off suddenly.
No, provided you don't force it. Without glue or sanding, your natural nail remains intact. If it resists, soak for another minute.
Yes. Clean the back of each nail, organize them by size in their box, and use new tabs for the next application: each tab can only be used once.
Sizes & shapes
Each box contains several sizes. Place each fake nail on your own nail: it should cover from one edge to the other without overlapping.
Take the larger one and lightly file the sides.
The tab needs a nail surface to adhere to. Write to us with a photo of your hands: we will tell you honestly if they will hold.
Returns & refunds
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, returns are only possible if the box has not been opened.
